Smart upgrade failing

Hi Mardel,

I'm just using the kit downloaded from passport advantage site, filename C1SP4EN.exe

The surunas points to this file and then I use the below switches to install silently:

-s -a /s /w /v"ALLUSERS=1 /qb+"

Are you using a customised kit at all?
